Most don’t read this blog. They only find out the hard way.
What is an “idea guy?”
AI has replaced project managers who have no business to be in the games industry.They talk 6-sigma, project management. Many of them are unemployed. They don’t contribute to the games industry.
You know what they call them? Idea guys.
An idea guy is a person, who has no business to be in game development, but is trolling the forums, boss people around, and does absolutely nothing. So how do they do the work?
The idea guy has a group of slaves, who he bullshits and lies to, in the promise of jobs. They don’t know. He tells to do a job, but he collects the money.
REMOVE these grifters.Why? They are on welfare kings and queens.
I salute Donald trump for stopping welfare payments to them. Cruelty is the point.
2D and 3D Artists who don't deliver
AI has replaced 2d artists who never delivered. Why should I bother with hiring idiots who steal other portfolios and claim as their own?Using AI, I can prototype the whole UI, everything.
